The Autodesk Campus Agreement (ACL) is an innovative, subscription based education software programme that enables both educators and students to access state-of-the-art design tools for a single annual fee. ACL offers open access to the software - each department can use whichever Autodesk education product work best for its curriculum at any given time.

The ACL is a term based agreement. The agreement may be for one, two or three years.

Access a wide range of Autodesk design tools for a single, affordable annual fee and reduce the restrictions and hassles of managing licensed software on campus. Designed for medium to large universities, colleges and secondary schools, the Autodesk Campus solution is suited for a faculty or an entire institution. Install 50 or more licenses in a mix of all Autodesk's software titles including design tools used in architecture, interior design, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, civil engineering, geographic information systems, 3D modelling, and visualisation.

Even students can take advantage of this campus license offering. The Autodesk Campus license offers an affordable and flexible annual subscription option so students can access the complete Autodesk software product line. The ACL allows you to purchase a combination of the above software and distribute over the educational institution as required.

Purchase exactly what you need, when you need it, and at an affordable price. Now the customer decides which products they wish to include. Academic departments within universities can make a group purchase of Autodesk software rather than purchasing products individually. As learning needs change during the year, the mix of installed products can be changed as you like, or can be upgraded to the latest releases.

When purchasing an ACL the educational institution must specify the total number of seats required. The cost per seat is determined by the total number of seats purchased.

As part of the Campus License, all upgrades, extensions and subscription additions are automatically delivered free-of-charge with the freedom to install them or keep working with a previous release. We also offer a set of online services to further support teaching and learning needs. Specific e.learning modules and technical WebCasts are available exclusively to Campus customers.
